Hi, I’m Marissa — a self-taught macaron baker, one-woman business owner, and dream chaser behind Hey Modern Baker.
I started my micro bakery from scratch with no pastry training — just curiosity, creativity, and a lot of trial and error. Today, I sell out of mookierons and macarons at farmers markets, ship desserts across the country, and use this space to share the journey in real time.
